HFC and substitute scope

The rule applies when the refrigerant contains an HFC or a substitute for an HFC with GWP greater than 53.

Important exclusion

Residential and light commercial air conditioning and heat pump subsector appliances are excluded.

Plans

Included Subpart C circuit licenses and Professional retention.

Every Subpart account includes 3 free Subpart C circuit licenses for covered refrigerant circuit records. Use Professional Subpart C circuit licenses for covered circuits that require 4-year retention.
